The Strenuous Alley!!

Curious to know, to act, strong-minded
She chose the alley with a qualm though determined
“oh! I could have done it” she didn’t want to feel
She gave it a try with all new zeal.

The alley was deep, dark, filled with horror
She lit a lamp to face this terror.
But as all were keen in blowing off the lamp,
Her zeal was slipping off like sand.

All rebelled “don’t sulk, don’t give excuses”
Some pacified, some scared her
Leaving her all the more uneasy

To all this she decides to give no ear.
But the alley never stopped bumping in unfair encounters
Helpless, alone struggling she thinks
“Karma will do its work to such sins”

The continuous depression confuses her
“Why should I bear all this at no fault of mine?”
But was unable to act, revolt or make things right
As she took a lot of time to set herself alright.

Collecting broken pieces of heart, courage and zeal
She wonders how many times she has to appeal
To live and let live with security, love and care
Alone, herself she calms down the flare.

“The road to success is challenging” - she learnt
But fed up of all this she worries about her destination
Doubting the alley would fetch her a fruitful end
She learnt to stand up again after the bend

She knew that things would be tough
But understood the sense of undergoing the pain
And true meaning of DIFFICULTIES
By choosing the journey through this
