The Waning Soul

The Waning Soul

Speedy time and the pitiless world
Feeble body combating depression
Rude behaviors and bullies around
The unwanted feeling seeping in too strong

Unable to let go, unable to move on
Stuck in a heap of clouds of doubts
Failure to execute all favored plans
A waning soul is all lost once again

Shrinked family, five deceased in a tragedy
The one who means everything, begins messing up things
Whether in greed or a mental strike
Pushing the waning soul all the more abandoned

People turning callous out of their overwhelming stress
Time begins to tease all those build-up attempts
Developing philophobia and falling in love with being lost
A waning soul is hopelessly once again lost

Years passed by, people began to leave
Attempts every time turned out worthless
Just a person left to be called a family, shows signs of farewell
The waning soul breaks down all over again

Once who was strong, determined to achieve
Smart enough to handle problems and turn failures to success
Just could not realize the game played by destiny
Suddenly a happy one turned out to be waning

Finances, Career, Family and life
Just slipped off in the middle of no-where
A busy soul over burdened with many roles to be played
Just could not realize itself waning into the depression swamp

What is gone is gone; be it time, people or opportunities
What comes next is a surprise for all
Oh my dear waning soul, keep heart!
However good or bad situations are
For none are going to be permanent

Do not underestimate your tiny leftover power
Stop wandering and bring back your waning soul with all your might
I am sure next is going to be a pleasant surprise
Don’t drown in, just begin the happy attempts although like a tortoise!

What people think is none of your business, oh dearie
You should know that we all are proud of you
For others have not walked in your shoes
And success is not always measured materially

It is easy to advice but I truly believe only YOU can do this
Oh common you are not depressed
Soon those days would turn up
Where once a waning soul who was terribly lost is found and blossoms again
